We're off to another great year. The coaches and athletes have been working hard perfecting their routines. Kimberly, Jessica and Sarah's teams headed over to Talisman on the 30th of October to take part in the Synchro Canada Watershow.

Everyone got a chance to see the National team perform, and what a performance it was. The National team wowed the crowd with their skill and talent, we wish them all the best as they represent Canada at the 2009 Fina World Trophy competition held in Montreal from the 27th-28th of November. They certainly inspired our athletes as our girls put on an excellence performance. Overall all the clubs had outstanding routines; it should be an exciting year of synchro ahead.

This past weekend on the 7th, Tiers 1 through 5 competed at the Winter Club figures meet. For some athletes it was their first chance to experience a competition, for others it was an opportunity to warm up for the Calgary figures meet later this month. Congratulations to all athletes for a job well done!
